TOTALLY NATURAL
- Orders must be collected on your requested date. if you need to reschedule please contact us, otherwise your order will be cancelled and refunded at the end of the next working day.
-Totally Natural is delivered to us on the second and fourth Monday of each month. Orders must be placed by 12 noon on the Thursday before to be included in the delivery.
- Orders placed after the cut off will be fulfilled from the next delivery
(ie two weeks later)
- Bundle deals and bulk discounts are only available via click & collect or subscription.
CLICK & COLLECT
- Frozen Orders must be collected within 7 days, unless otherwise agreed.
- Ambient orders must be collected within 3 months unless otherwise agreed.
- Orders which are not collected will be refunded, minus a 10% restock fee.
APPOINTMENTS
Bookings cancelled less than 72 hours in advance are non refundable.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, you will be asked to reschedule.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment time and give space to others as they are leaving/arriving for their sessions.
please give consideration to your dog's health and wellbeing before booking your appointment or attending one of our spaces. while professional supervision will be provided at all times, ultimate responsibility for your dog's health remains with you and no liability will be taken if you fail to disclosed relevant medical concerns.
if it becomes apparent that your dog requires medical care, you may be asked to provide evidence of a veterinary assessment before returning to coaching
aversive tools are not permitted in our spaces. no admittance will be given to dogs wearing shock, e, prong, choke or head collars. if your dog cannot comfortably attend one of our spaces, you will be invited to rebook for a remote appointment or attend without them.
muzzles are permitted, provided that your dog is comfortable.
